 GTS FILTERS provides a very large range of air filters for Indian industry. Air filters by its very name encompasses a large number of applications as below: 1

We offer filters for the all the above applications. A brief description and specifications of these filters are as below:

1. HVAC Filters – these are provided to prevent dust in human environments like large factory spaces, malls, cinema theatres or any other closed spaces. These filters are in the form of panels – box type or flanged type and generally do a 90% down to 5 microns. These may be single stage or multi stage depending on environment conditions.
2. Air Intake filters and systems are designed to protect the equipment and also prevent dust build-up in the other side. Depending on application, these filters could be panel shaped or cylindrical.
3. Compressed Air Filters are essential for most pneumatic equipment and for instrument air application. Here we offer a set of filters – moisture separators, pre filter, fine filters, oil removal filters, activated carbon filters and bacterial removal filters.
4. Breather filters for human beings who have to work in hazardous environments like underground pipes, mines, inside vessels. These filters eliminate dust, oil mists, odour to sustain persons working in such environments.
5. Pollution Control Filters are used in industries that generate fine powders. These could be chemical powders, pharmaceutical formulations, milling plants, process plants, powder bagging plants, ash control etc. Powder, mists and fumes are also generated in some processes that could be detrimental to persons working in that environment.

These filters are designed based on many parameters keeping in mind the final desired outcome. Various filtration medias and their combinations are used to achieve the desired result. Some of the medias used are paper, synthetic, polyester, polypropylene, coalescing, borosilicate glass fibre, activated carbon, HDPE, non-woven, stainless steel wire mesh, sintered bronze, sintered wire mesh and sintered powder. We also offer scrubber system for moisture separation from compressed air.
